How do you become a BomaCare caregiver

Initial Assessment

Start with a quick 10-minute online application to share your experience, qualifications, and preferences. We seek caregivers with at least a year of hands-on experience and ideally a relevant certification or degree.

Interview Process

Next, we conduct a thorough virtual or in-person interview to better understand your motivations, caregiving skills, and how you handle various care scenarios.

Background Verification

We contact at least two of your previous employers or references to verify your credentials, experience, and conduct necessary security checks.

Digital Profile Creation

We help you create a professional online profile on the BOMACARETM platform, showcasing your skills and experience to potential clients.

Training & Orientation

We provide comprehensive orientation before placement, ensuring you are fully prepared. Access our caregiver app for client care plans and daily schedules. You also gain access to specialized workshops and an online learning hub to enhance your caregiving expertise.

Job Matching & Placements

Gain access to exclusive job listings on the BOMACARETM portal. We proactively match you with clients based on their care needs and your expertise. For live-in roles, we arrange interviews with families to ensure the best fit.
